It all began for me with a pint of hefeweizen in Utah back in 1994. A love of craft beer was born and this led me on a path that weaved its way through a decade plus of homebrewing, scores of brewpubs and hundreds if not thousands of great beers from one end of the country to the other. Along the way a passion was born and an appreciation and taste grew for styles of beer then unheard of by most. The art of creating them and a yearning to make them my livelihood eventually led to the founding of Weasel Boy Brewing Company. While I decidedly lean toward the malt dominated styles, I’m balanced by Lori, my partner in life and in Weasel Boy. (She’s the bitter one!) Cheers!

I was introduced to craft beer in the early 1990s by one of my best friends, who changed my life. I was amazed at the amount of flavors in craft beer and did a lot of research, tasting craft beers in various states, wherever I could find a brewery. After brewing at home for a short stint and having drank an exorbitant amount of my husband’s tasty
homebrew, I decided we should open our own brewery and start making the product we loved so much. I finally persuaded my husband and now business partner, Jay, to open Weasel Boy and have never regretted inviting strangers to the pub to taste the beer we make. Inevitably, most of them end up becoming friends. Cheers!

We do everything we can to stay faithful to the beer we're making. Balance is of paramount
importance to us and we strive to make every style we brew well balanced and enjoyable to drink.
At Weasel Boy you're not likely to find beer with the most bitterness, the highest alcohol content
or a lot of non-traditional ingredients. What you are likely to find are well balanced and flavorful
beers that can be enjoyed pint after pint without knocking you down or crushing your palate.
When you visit us we'd like you to stay around a while, enjoy a few beers and a pizza, hang out with your friends
or meet some new ones, and still be able to walk out the door when you decide to head for home. Cheers!
With our wide selection, you're sure to find a beer that suits your taste. Choose something light and refreshing like our Ornery Otter Blonde Ale or go big and bold with a Brown Stoat Stout. Enjoy rotating seasonal favorites like Bitter Sable Imperial Black IPA and Anastasia Russian Imperial Stout.
Enjoy a pizza and a pint with some friends in the comfortable spaces in our brewpub. Choose from a cozy, living room style atmosphere by the bar and stage or smaller intimate spaces and additional dining on the pizza kitchen side of our building.

Sourcing ingredients close to home and sustaining our local economy and environment is important to us. We source ingredients from local farms and suppliers whenever available.
Our thin style crust is made from scratch daily in our kitchen. It features whole wheat flour and is infused with our very own Brown Stoat Stout. It's topped with our rich, house-made sauce and special cheese blend.
