Songwriting duo Chris Emmert and Austin Stambaugh are bringing new and jointly penned country, folk and blues standards to town. Emmert & Stambaugh are both Ohio natives, Emmert born and bred here in Zanesville and Stambaugh hailing from the northeastern town of La Grange. The two met in Nashville, TN. and began writing songs together in the summer of 22’. 

Performing together as an acoustic duo, Emmert calmly curates their rhythm as Stambaugh passionately paints the lead, all while harmonizing to the tune of the lonesome whippoorwill. 

They’ll be performing songs from their debut album titled, “Emmert & Stambaugh” released by Anti-Corp records in June of 2024, as well as unheard tunes from their forthcoming sophomore album set to be released next year, as well as many other familiar classics.
